RE: The West ½ of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section Two (2), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Eighteen (18) East, Town of Vandenbroek, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, containing 20 acres, more or less. (Tax Parcel Number 200-005500)
You are invited to submit a bid for exclusive access to use 20 acres +/- of wooded / farm property. Contract use will be from March 15, 2026 5:00pm until March 15, 2027 at 5:00 PM. Bids will be received in the office of the Town of Vandenbroek, Town Clerks Office, W2030 County Road JJ, Kaukauna, WI 54130 or by placing them in the drop box at the town hall.
Bids are due by 5:00pm on March 9, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Minimum opening bid is $1000.
Bids will be opened, reviewed, and qualified publicly by the Town Board on March 11, 2026. Bid acceptance is subject to acceptance by the Town Board. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Submitted bids are to be clearly labeled with “BID PROPOSAL FOR USE OF TOWN LAND". Only one Bid Form per person/group.

Vandenbroek Social Club
The Vandenbroek Social Club is meeting on the first and third Mondays of the month from 1 to 4 pm at the Town Hall. The Social Club is open to anyone, regardless of residency, and will meet on the first and third Mondays of each month. Light refreshments will be provided. Come and join us and bring a friend for cards, games and fun! The club is made possible by a donation from the Van Deurzen-Verkuilen Family Funeral Home.
