Rental Information
Town Hall Information
The Town of Vandenbroek offers the newly remodeled Town Hall for rentals. The hall has a capacity of 75-100 people. Nine 8' tables and 75 chairs are available for renters’ use. Also included in the rental is a full service kitchen, which includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink.
Rental Fee is $100.00 for residents plus $100.00 returnable deposit.
Rental fee is $300.00 for Non-Residents plus $300.00 returnable deposit.
ALL RENTALS ARE RESERVED AND PAID FOR ONLINE.
Check rental calendar below to see if your date is available.
**The system will not process your rental if the date is already rented.**
Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.
NO EARLY ENTRY TO THE HALL OR PAVILION!
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled rental will forfeit their deposit
Pavilion Information
The open-air pavilion at the Town Hall is also available for rental the months of May through September (roughly, depending on weather). The pavilion includes a newly remodeled kitchen area (sink and countertop) as well as bathrooms.

Baseball Field Rentals
Baseball Field Reservation Information
The Town of Vandenbroek offers use of the baseball field to local baseball and softball teams.
Due to tight field availability in the area and lack of parking, we do utilize reservations for the field. We allow reservations Monday thru Friday. We offer two time slots: 4:30pm - 6:00pm and 6:00pm - 7:30pm. We do not offer reservations on Saturday or Sunday as the field needs to be available for pavilion rentals.
Rentals are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. If you know you will not be using the field for practice, please let us know so we can allow others to use it.
