or by placing them in the drop box at the town hall. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Minimum opening bid is $1000.
Bids will be opened, reviewed, and qualified publicly by the Town Board on March 1, 2023. Bid acceptance is subject to acceptance by the Town Board. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Submitted bids are to be clearly labeled with “BID PROPOSAL FOR USE OF TOWN LAND". Only one Bid Form per person/group.
The Town of Vandenbroek has been awarded a local bridge grant through the DOT to replace the Buchanan Road bridge over Apple Creek.
Current estimate to replace the bridge is $750,000 with Vandenbroek needing to contribute $150,000 towards this.
Construction is scheduled for 2025.
